Touchscreen Handheld Controller

The Nextmove Touchscreen Handheld Controller has a 5” color touchscreen display, running a custom Nextmove Linux-based operating system that connects directly to the positioner and communicates over the serial (RS-232) interface. The handheld controller is powered by the positioner over the same cable (included) as the communications link. The handheld controller is a purely touchscreen device using intuitive buttons and tabs to navigate the menus.
The touchscreen handheld controller locally connects with all Nextmove Positioners equipped with serial (RS-232) interface for operation at the installed positioner location. The handheld controller is optimal when the web-based user interface though a computer is not available, as well as maintenance operations or testing.
Use the handheld controller with the positioner for Axis Calibration, GPS/Radio Geo positioning functions, Manual Controls for real time control and Settings (system, limits, network, time, I/O, elevation components, faults, reboot & lock-out). Download the User’s Guide (N500272) for more details.
